Cheese alternative Can't Post - Sign Up!

Any here who tried Ulmafit Vegourmet, too?
I bought a few of it and think they are O.K. especially that with olives. The mediteranean and indian cooking is my absolute favorite at the moment.
A good sustitute for Cheese. But for overbaking something it is not that smoothe.
Any other good experiences with Cheese substitutes?

I've never heard of ulmafit vegourmet.

We have Daiya here, which is the current most popular. It's good enough that regular pizza chains are carrying it, and thus cooking us vegan pizzas with vegan cheese! It's nice.

Daiya is the big thing here too, we don't usually get things very quickly though (Canada). I'm still waiting to see Ener-G in stores, for example.
