Ingredients

10 Tablespoon semolina
2 minced carrots
1 minced onion
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 small bunch of chopped celery
1 minced turnip
Salt
French fries
Vegetable oil

Directions

Saute semolina in heat pan with no oil for a couple of minutes. In saucepan, add 4 cups of heat water and boil for 25 minutes. Add carrots, onions, celery and turnip. Add salt and cook, then add the semolina and cook for a couple of minutes.

Serve the soup along with french fries and parsley over.

Serves: 6

Preparation time: 30 minutes
