Ingredients:


1 minced onion
2 carrots cut in strips
2 minced turnips
1 small bunch of celery
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup of beans
1 cup of peas
1 tablespoon red chili powder
Vegetable oil
½ tablespoon peppermint
8 Tablespoon quinoa
4 potatoes cut into four pieces
½ tablespoon oregano
Chopped parsley Salt

Directions


Heat oil in pan and fry together onions, carrots, turnips, celery, garlic, beans, peas and chili. In saucepan, add 6 cups of water and peppermint, cook for about 5 minutes. Add to the saucepan all the ingredients fried in the pan. Cook for 25 minutes , then add quinoa already washed, potatotes, salt and cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve with oregano and chopped parsley over.

Serves: 6
