This recipe is adapted from an Eden Foods recipe booklet given away by my favorite hfs. Mr Ursa and I use almond butter instead of peanut butter, and we omitted the soy sauce. It's good over grains and steamed vegetables, and it's great as a salad dressing too.


Peanut Mustard Sauce

1/2 cup water
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 Tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
2 tsp. shoyu soy sauce

Whiz it all together in a blender until creamy and serve.

You can add chopped parsley, green onions or chives for more flavor if you like.
