Melon Breakfast Smoothie Submitted by Mylène
2 bananas 3 cups cantaloupe, diced 1 cup orange juice 2 cups frozen vanilla soy yogurt 3-4 tsp liquid sweetner (or to taste)
Plop all ingredients into blender or food processor. Whizz until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, freeze the fruit in advance (don't forget to peel the banana first).
Serves 2-3
