This is especially delish for cinnamon buns / cakes / any pastry that needas glazing. Source: About.com, but edited recipe a lot. 2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup rice/whatever milk A sprinkle of cinnamon Sift confectioner's sugar, add the cinnamon on top. Whisk milk into sugar until mix is very smooth and liquidy. If consistensy is desired to be a little more solid, add confectioner's sugar to your liking.
