Gazpacho
6 leaves of fresh basil
2 table. cilantro
1/4 small onion
1 med cucumber
2 stalks celery
1/2 green or red pepper
2 teas vinegar
1/2 teas. salt
Blend all up and add 4-5 large tomatoes and blend until chopped
season with hot red pepper. Put in the fridge for a few hours to cool and serve.
