I love this recipe. It's like drinking a pumpkin pie. It's adapted from Vegan Planet.
Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teapsoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teapsoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 cups soy milk or other dairy-free milk
Dump everything into the blender and whiz up until fully blended. Serves 2.
I usually cut this recipe in half because I'm the only one in the morning to drink it. The only part I don't halve is the pumpkin and the spices. I really like the thickness of the pumpkin and the spices. And I use vanilla rice milk in it. It's yummy!
